丹皮炭品的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的：建立丹皮炭品的定性、定量分析方法。方法：对丹皮炭品进行TLC定性鉴别，并分别测定了10批丹皮炭饮片的水分、灰分、浸出物及没食子酸的含量。结果：炭品所含的没食子酸在薄层色谱中与对照品在同一位置显相同颜色的斑点．．丹皮炭饮片中水分含量在1．22％～8．66％范围内浮动，总灰分在4．0％～8．0％范围内浮动，酸不溶性灰分在0．2％～0．9％范围内浮动，水浸出物含量在21．26％～32．94％范围内浮动，醇浸出物含量在19．72％～26．31％范围内浮动。HPLC定量分析中，没食子酸线性范围为0．0016～0．0512mg·mL^-1（r=0．99998），平均回收率为95．08％，RSD1．34％。结论：该实验方法简便、准确、可靠，重现性好，可为丹皮炭的质量标准的制定提供科学依据。Object：To establish the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis for Cortex Moutan Carbonisaturn. Methods： A qualitative identification method by TLC was established for analysis of ten batches of cortex moutan earbonisatum. And the content of moisture, ash, extract and gallic acid of ten batches were determined. Result ： There were the spots of gallic acid of same colour in the same place by TLC. The content of water was between 1.22 and 8.66 % ,total ash between 4.0 and 8.0 % , acid - insoluble ash between 0.2 and 0.9 % , water soluble extract between 21.26 and 32.94 % , ethanol soluble extract 19.72 and 26.31%. The linear range of gallic acid was between 0. 016 and 0. 512 mg（ r =0. 99998） , The average recovery was 95.08 % with RSD1.34 %. Conclusion：The developed method is simple,accurate, reliable and has a good repeatability. It can provide the scientific evidence for the development of the quality standard of eotex moutan carbonisatam.
