摘　　要：当今世界竞争愈演愈烈,企业发展壮大,需要不断采用新的、符合本企业长久发展的战略。本文在论述物流外包的内涵、现状及优势的基础上,建立了企业物流外包水平综合评价体系,采用网络分析法构建了评价体系的数学模型,讨论了网络分析法求解问题的理论基础,并用Super Decisions软件对模型进行了求解。The strategy is the key element to company development in the competing world. This essay introduces the concept, the current situation and advantages of Logistics outsourcing （ LOS）, and establishes the system to evaluate the LOS of enterprise. It adopts the network analysis to create the mathematics＇ model of evaluation system, discuss the foundation of network analysis, and get the solution by using soft ware of Super Decisions.
