摘 要:为进一步了解影响我国地方鸡种Mx基因(myxo-virus resistance gene)S631N多态位点等位基因频率分布差异的重要生态因素,利用前期研究中已获得的12个地方鸡种(包括白耳鸡BAI、茶花鸡CHA、大骨鸡DAG、固始鸡GUS、狼山鸡LAN、鹿苑鸡LUY、藏鸡TIB、仙居鸡XIA、萧山鸡XIS、北京油鸡YOU、河南斗鸡HEG和泰和乌骨鸡TAI)共计720个个体中抗性和敏感性等位基因分布数据,采用因子分析法探讨不同生态指标(包括纬度、海拔、年平均气温、年降水量、无霜期和年日照时间)与等位基因频率分布的关联及造成关联的生态影响因子。结果表明,不同生态类型对该位点等位基因频率的分布有重要影响,抗性等位基因频率与海拔呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与纬度呈显著负相关(P<0.01);基于样本主成分值的UPGMA聚类图和三维聚类图将12个地方鸡种分别归入4种生态类型中。The objective was to find out the important ecological characters that influenced the resistant and sensitive allele distributions of S631N locus of Mx gene in Chinese indigenous chicken populations. Factor analysis method was used to find the correlation between allele frequencies and ecological characters. The allele frequencies of twelve Chinese indigenous chicken breeds (including BAI, CHA, DAG, GUS, LAN, LUY, TIB, XIA, X/S, YOU, HEG and TAI) in a total of 720 individuals was derived from our former study. The ecological characters were made up of latitude, altitude, annual mean temperature, annual precipitation, frostless days and annual sunshine hours. The results showed ecological types had important effect on the allele frequencies, it had significant positive correlation (P 〈0. 05) with altitude and had significant negative correlation (P 〈0. 01 ) with latitude. UPGMA dendrogram and 3-D plot based on principal components divided the 12 populations into 4 types of ecosystem.
