政治发展视阈中的民族地区服务型政府建设

摘　　要：民族地区政治发展对于我国多民族国家统一和民族地区社会政治稳定至关重要,其主导内容是政治体系的综合能力提高,民族地区政府发展是民族地区政治发展中的重中之重。服务型政府建设是促进民族地区政府发展,提高政府综合能力的新途径,因而成为推进我国民族地区政治发展的新动力。在此认识基础上,应该把服务型政府建设作为推动民族地区政治发展的新的战略选择并积极探索有效的建设途径。The political development of minority areas is very important to the unity of our multi-nationalities country and the stability of society and politics in minority areas.Its leading content is the improvement of comprehensive ability of political system.The development of government in minority areas is the highest priority in political development of minority areas.The building of service-oriented government is a new path to promote the governmental development in minority areas and to improve its comprehensive ability,so it becomes a new power of promoting political development in minority areas.Based on such understanding,we should regard the building of service-oriented government as a new strategic choice to promote the political development of minority areas and explore actively effective ways of building.
