热激在植物和微生物中的应用

摘　　要：热激(Heatshock)是生物受到高温胁迫时的一种应激反应。生物受到热激后体内物质的含量会发生变化,并产生新的物质,从而影响生物的相关特性。主要对热激的作用机理及热激对植物和微生物的生物特性的影响进行了综述。Heat shock is a kind of response of organism subjecting to high temperature.When organisms suffer heat shock,the content of some substances in the organisms will change,new substance will be produced,which will affect their related biological characteristics.The mechanism of heat shock and the effects of heat shock on the plants and microbial biological characteristics were mainly summarized.
