摘 要:[目的]研究沙枣(Elaeagnus angustifolia L.)清除自由基的能力。[方法]以沙枣果实为材料,通过超声波、离心等方式,采用水、50%乙醇、70%乙醇、90%乙醇、95%乙醇、无水乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯等溶剂提取清除自由基成分,应用水杨酸法和光照核黄素法分别测定其清除羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的能力。[结果]通过超声波和离心结合的方式,采用70%乙醇对沙枣果肉进行提取,所得到的提取液对羟自由基及超氧自由基的清除作用最佳,其中,对羟自由基的清除率高于河北大枣和维生素E。[结论]该研究为沙枣的保健作用机理研究提供了参考,并为其开发利用提供基本资料。Objective]The aim was to study free radical scavenge capacity of Elaeagnus angustifolia.[Method] With E.angustifolia fruit as material,solvents,such as water,50%ethanol,70%ethanol,90%ethanol,95%ethanol,absolute alcohol,acetone,ethyl acetate,were adopted to extract free radical scavenge composition by using ultrasonic wave and centrifugation methods.Hydroxyl radical scavenge capability and superoxide anion radical scavenge capability of the extracts were measured by using salicylic acid method and riboflavin light treatment method respectively.[Result] The results showed that combination of ultrasonic wave and centrifugation,with 70% alcohol as solvent was found as the best method for antioxidant element extraction,at which obtained the highest scavenge rates in hydroxyl radical and in superoxide anion radical.The hydroxyl radical scavenge capability of E.angustifolia was higher than those of Hebei big jujube and vitamin E.[Conclusion] The study will provide reference for health function mechanism of E.angustifolia and supply basic information for its development and utilization.
