摘　　要：依据全国雷电灾害灾情实况资料,结合当前人口、经济、生态等因素的价值标准,建立了全国雷电灾害灾情评估指标体系,并利用层次分析法给出了雷电灾害综合损失的计算模型,为雷电灾害等级的划分及其造成的不同后果之间的度量和比较提供了科学的依据。The assessment index system of lightning disaster situation was established,based on the actual data of lightning disaster and combined with the value standard such as current population,economic and ecological factors.The calculation model for comprehensive evaluation of losses in lightning disasters was given by using the analytical hierarchy process （AHP）.It can provide scientific basis for the division of the level of lightning disasters,and to measure and compare the different consequences caused by lightning.
