摘　　要：从甘肃省农村剩余劳动力转移的现状出发,揭示了农村剩余劳动力在转移过程中存在的问题,并提出了提高转移劳动力素质、完善相关制度政策、建立多元化的劳动力市场、加大对转移劳动力的培训、加快小城镇建设等建议。According to the status of the transfer of rural surplus labors,this paper revealed the problems in the transfer process of rural surplus labors and put forward some related proposals such as enhancing the quality of transfer labors,improving related policies and systems,establishing diversified labor markets,strengthening the training of transfer labors,speeding up the construction of small towns and so on.
