^(125)I食管内照射支架治疗食管癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价2006～2007年8例中晚期食管癌患者125I食管内照射支架治疗的临床应用价值。方法首先经口腔将扩张球囊送入癌变部位进行预扩张,然后将125I捆绑式内照射支架沿导丝推送至病变部位释放。术后每月复查血常规、免疫指标、食管钡餐摄片检查。结果8例患者支架均一次性释放到位,患者进食困难症状即可缓解,复查食管钡餐支架通畅,病变部位未发现瘘及出血现象。血常规及免疫指标未见明显变化。所有患者全身状况明显好转。结论125I内照射支架治疗中晚期食管癌具有杀灭肿瘤细胞,控制病变,安全、有效,对中晚期食管癌患者有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the value of the clinical application with ^125I inradialization stent for patients with oesophagus cancinoma in 2006 - 2007. Methods 8 cases of advanced carcinoma patients were treated with dilatation with the sacculus in part of carcinoma and ^125I inradialization stent was released on the focus passing the mouth by lead rigidity. The patients were monthly checked on the blood,immunity index, and were observed on the Ba meal pass through the oesophagus. Results Right release of the stents for all patients and was complete and the symptom of difficulty of swallowing were less apparent. The stents were released for all patients right in oesophagus without the fistula and hemorrhage. The measures of the blood and immunity index, were unchanged and the patients overall status had improved. Conclusion Treating the advanced oesophagus cancinoma with inradialization stent is good for destroying cancinoma cells and controlling the focus growing. It is safe, effective and feasible for the patients and it has important clinical value.
