摘　　要：探讨异体巩膜移植治疗烧伤后瘢痕性眼睑内翻的效果。15例（15只眼）烧伤后瘢痕性眼睑内翻患者，在显微镜下行异体巩膜移植术。术中分离睑板与眼轮匝肌复位睑缘，以睑板结膜面的缺损区域为植床区，缝合植床及异体巩膜植片。术后随访异体巩膜植片与植床愈着良好，植片收缩量〈10％。异体巩膜移植治疗烧伤后瘢痕性眼睑内翻效果显著。To explore effects of homologous sclera implantation for treating eyelid cicatricial entropion after burns. Fifteen patients （15 eyes） with cicatricial entropion after burns were operated under microscope with homologous sclera graft in the eyelid. The tarsus was separated fully from the palpebral margin of the musculus orbicularis oculi, with deleted area of the conjunctiva for implantation, and homologous sclera graft was taken on the implant bed and sutured together. The implant and the bed were well cured together during postoperative follow-up, with less than 10 percent of constriction of the implant, indicating obvious effect of homologous sclera graft for treating the eyelid cicatricial entropion after burns.
