摘 要:目的探讨KAI1/CD82及MMP-2在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测75例乳腺癌组织和14例乳腺良性病变组织中KAI1/CD82及MMP-2的表达情况,分析与临床病理指标的关系。结果75例乳腺癌组织中KAI1/CD82及MMP-2阳性表达率分别为46.7%(35/75)、64.0%(48/75),14例乳腺良性病变组织中KAI1/CD82及MMP-2的阳性表达率分别为78.6%(11/14)、28.6%(4/14),差异有统计学意义;KAI1/CD82和MMP-2的表达与临床分期和淋巴结是否转移有显著相关性,与肿块大小、年龄无显著相关性;KAI1和MMP-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈负相关。结论KAI1/CD82和MMP-2可能共同参与了乳腺癌的发生发展过程,对乳腺癌的浸润和转移及预后评估具有一定的临床参考意义。Objective To study the expression and significance of KAI1/CD82 and MMP-2 in breast cancer. Methods The expressions of KAI1/CD82 and MMP-2 detected by immunohistochemistry in 75 cases of breast cancer and 14 cases of benign breast diseases and its correlations to clinicopathologic features were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of KAI1/CD82 and MMP-2 in 75 cases of breast cancer were 46.7%(35/75) and 64.0%(48/75),respectively,which was improved compared with the expressions in benign breast diseases that were 78.6%(11/14) and 28.6%(4/14).The positive expression of KAI1/CD82 and MMP-2 had notable correlativity with axillary lymph node metastasis and clinical periodization,but the relation with tumor size and age.The expression of KAI1/CD82 was significantly negatively correlated with that of MMP-2(P〈0.001) in breast cancer. Conclusion KAI1/CD82 and MMP-2 may participate in proceeding of breast cancer.It has certain clinical significance on evaluating invasiveness and metastasis in breast cancer.
