基于耗散结构理论的电大考试系统的分析与思考

摘　　要：毋庸置疑,电大传统的考试方式在保证教学质量和维护考试公平方面发挥了积极的作用,但同时也逐渐凸现出考试失效和诚信危机等问题.作者以耗散结构理论为研究视角,分析了电大考试系统的现状与亟待解决的问题,并对电大考试系统有序发展之路进行了初步的探讨:应该在形成性考核中融入综合评价等柔性机制以取代目前的与考试差别不大的刚性分数;要对终结性考试的制度和模式进行必要的改革;同时还要加强考后的分析及反馈工作.It is no doubt that the traditional testing method of RTVU has played an active role in ensuring teaching quality and maintaining testing equity. However,it can not prevent problems like testing efficiency losing and testing credit crisis from emerging. In this paper, from the view point of dissipative structure theory, the author analyzed the present situation of the testing system of RTVU as well as problems demanding prompt solution, and then proceeded a preliminary discussion on the healthy and orderly evolving of this testing system： we should infuse flexible mechanism like overall evaluation into formative assessment to replace the current inflexible assessment which is similar with examination,meanwhile, we should also make necessary reform on the system, the summative test as and feedback after test must be strengthen.
