工程硕士教育的实践与探索

摘　　要：结合西南石油大学工程硕士教育的实践,分析了该校工程硕士教育适应石油行业需要的发展历程以及与之相适应的培养模式;确立了结合行业特点培养应用型、复合型高层次工程技术和管理人才的目标;提出了包括从课程设置、教学方式、论文研究等一系列提高工程硕士培养质量的具体措施;明确指出了工程硕士教育目前面临的问题和今后努力的方向。对大力发展石油行业的工程硕士教育具有一定的指导意义。Taking the program of master of engineering in Southwest University as an example,this paper elaborates the development of education of master of engineering and the education mode integrated into the petroleum industry.The authors suggest a series of measures to guarantee quality of the education program in terms of course setup,teaching methods,dissertation composing.They also point out the goal of this program should be training inter-disciplinary engineering and management personnels that can meet the requirements of petroleum industry.Present problems and future prospects are discussed in this paper,too.
