血清AFU和AFP联合检测对原发性肝癌诊断的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清a-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)和甲胎蛋白(AFP)联合检测对原发性肝癌诊断的临床价值。方法检测60例原发性肝癌和30例肝炎患者及30例健康体检者血清AFU和AFP浓度。结果原发性肝癌患者血清AFU和AFP水平及阳性率均明显高于肝炎组和正常对照组(P<0.01);联合检测的敏感性比单项检测高。结论联合检测血清中的AFU和AFP可提高PHC的诊断灵敏度。Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of serum AFP and AFU in the diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma（PHC）.Methods The levels of serum AFP and AFU were measured in 60 cases with PHC,30 cases with hepatitis and 30 controls.Results The levels of serum AFP and AFU in PHC group were significantly higher than those in hepatitis and controls,and the positive rates of AFP and AFU in cases with PHC were also higher than those in hepatitis group and control group（P0.01）.The diagnostic sensitivities of combined detection of the two tumor markers were higher than that with any single marker.Conclusion The combined assay of AFP and AFU will be helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PHC,and can improve diagnostic sensitivities in patients with PHC.
