摘　　要：[目的]探讨纳豆激酶对大鼠机体内外对凝血功能的影响.[方法]通过对大鼠纤维蛋白原含量、凝血酶时间、添加小蓟的血浆凝固时间及优球蛋白溶解时间的测定,评价纳豆激酶对凝血功能的影响.[结果]纳豆激酶可明显降低大鼠血浆纤维蛋白原含量,使添加小蓟的血浆不发生凝固,延长凝血酶时间,提高优球蛋白溶解活性.[结论]纳豆激酶在大鼠体内外均具有较好的抗凝血作用.OBJECTIVE To study the effects of the nattokinase for coagulation in vivo and in vitro in rats.METHODSThe effects of nattokinase for coagulation function were evaluated by measuring the fibrinogen,thrombin time,plasma coagulation time with adding the common thistle,and euglobulin lysis time in rats.RESULTSThe nattokinase reduced obviously the content of plasma fibrinogen,did not coagulate the plasma added with the common thistle,extended the thrombin time,and improved the euglobulin lytic activity in rats.CONCLUSIONThe nattokinase has better anticoagulative effects in vivo and in vitro in rats.
