朝药关苍术提取物对无水乙醇致小鼠胃黏膜损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过实验观察研究关苍术的不同提取物对小鼠无水乙醇实验性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法:采用无水乙醇小鼠急性胃溃疡模型,观察胃黏膜损伤面积,测定胃黏膜组织中一氧化氮(NO)和前列腺素(PEG_2)的含量。结果:关苍术CO_2—乙醇组、CO_2组和正丁醇组小鼠溃疡指数明显低于乙醇模型组;关苍术CO_2-乙醇组和CO_2组小鼠胃组织中PGE_2含量及关苍术CO_2-乙醇组NO含量显著高于乙醇模型组。结论:关苍术不同提取物中CO_2-乙醇提取部分拮抗无水乙醇所致小鼠急性胃黏膜损伤作用较好,该作用可能与增加胃黏膜中NO、PGE_2含量有关。Objective：To observe and investigate the protect effect of different extract from Japanese Atractylodes Rhizome on experimental gastric ulcer induced by absolute alcoho Methods：The acute gastric ulcer was induced by absolute alcehol,tbe change of ulcer area and the content of NO and PGE2 were measured. Results：As compared with alcohol rondel group,the index of ulcer in CO2 -al- cohol group, CO2g group and n- butanol group were markedly,decreascd;the content of PGE2 in CO2 -alcohol group and CO2 group, the content of NO in CO2 -alcohol group were markedly decreased. Conclusion：The CO2 -alcohol extract from Japanese Atracylndes Rhizome play important roles in ethanol -induced gastric lesions. The efllct might be wlated to increase NO and PGF2.
