沙棘山药胶囊降血糖作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过动物实验探讨沙棘山药胶囊的降血糖作用,并确定其适宜用量。方法:通过四氧嘧啶法建立高血糖小鼠模型,观察沙棘山药胶囊对于小鼠糖耐量和空腹血糖的影响,确定适宜用量。结果:通过实验发现沙棘山药胶囊对正常小鼠空腹血糖和糖耐量无影响;沙棘山药胶囊中、高剂量组与模型对照组比较能够明显降低四氧嘧啶所致高血糖小鼠空腹血糖,并对糖耐量有明显的调节作用(P<0.05)。结论:沙棘山药胶囊具有明显的降血糖作用,推荐用量为375 mg/kg体重。Purpose：Exploring the subsidiary hypoglycemic effect of seabuckthom ＆ yam capsule by animal experiments,and confirm the appropriate usage. Method：Building the mouse of diabetes mellitus mode by using alloxan,watching the glucose tolerance and fasting blood ＂glucose of the mouse after using esabuckthom ＆yam capsule has no influence on the glucose tolerance and fasting blood - glucose of the mouse;by comparison,the fasting Blood -glucose of the mouse in seabuckthorn ＆ yam capsule higher dose group and normal group apparently lower than the comparison model group, and it can regulate the glucose tolerance obviously, （ P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusion：seabuckthom ＆ yam capsule has outstanding subsidiary hypoglycemic effect,recommenged dose ：375mg/kgBW
