回柱绞车中双联齿轮的有限元分析

摘　　要：基于Pro/E平台对锥齿轮副传动回柱绞车中的双联齿轮进行建模,利用ANSYS分析软件,在分析双联齿轮的工作状况以及受力情况的基础上,对其进行有限元应力、强度分析,找出结构中承受应力最大的位置,作为结构中的危险点,为锥齿轮副传动回柱绞车的设计与研究提供理论分析。Dual-gear model were builded for bevel gear drawing hoist based on Pro/E, the stress and strength of dual-gear was analysed by finite-clement method , the basis was its working conditions and the stress status. The most dangerous place where the stress is the largest was founded out. The important academic elements and data for study and design arc provided.
