摘  要:研究了各种介质中不同酸度对2,3——二氨基吩嗪(DAP)的光谱特性的影响,发现非离子表面活性剂以及极性有机溶剂对其荧光具有强烈的增敏作用,荧光量子产率大大提高,而且强极性有机溶剂在无水环境下,对其荧光增敏比非离子表面活性剂更强。建立了有机介质和非离子表面活性剂介质荧光增敏的测定方法,并对各种介质增敏机理进行了讨论。The effects of various media on spectral properties of 2,3-diaminophenazine(DAP),which is an oxi- dizal product of phenylenediamine catalyzed by some oxidised and vaprous compounds,were investigated.It has been found that there is a little on the absorption features of DAP by strong polar organic solvents and non-aqueuons surfaetants.How- ever,the fluorescence of DAP is greatly enhanced by strong polar organic solvents and non-aqueous surfaetants,and the quantum field ean be increased by various media.Furthermore,it is enhanced dramatically by strong polar organic solvents in non-aqueous solutions.The enhancement fluoresmetrie method of determination for DAP was proposed in organic media and non-aqueous surfactants.The mechanism of fluorescence enhanced by various media was discussed in detail.
