氪激光治疗黄斑部视网膜前出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氪激光治疗黄斑部视网膜前出血的临床疗效、适应证及治疗时机。方法对2008年1月至2009年6月期间接受氪激光治疗的黄斑部视网膜前出血患者15例15只眼的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果接受激光治疗的15只眼，11只眼（73．33％）治疗成功。13只眼出血呈舟状者，11只眼（84．61％）病程少于21d者治疗成功；其中10只眼最佳矫正视力恢复至出血前水平，平均0．67。2只眼出血呈不规则弧形或环形者和2只眼病程超过28d的舟状出血者治疗失败。结论氪激光治疗黄斑部视网膜前出血经济、简单、安全、有效。其中病程少于21d、出血呈舟状者激光治疗成功率高。Objective To approach the clinical effect, indication and opportunity of the premacular hemorrhage cured by krypton laser.Methods The data of 15 patients （ 15 eyes） with premacular hemorrhage （PMH） cured by krypton laser were retrospectively analyzed from Jan 2008 to Jun 2009.Results Eleven （ 73.33% ） of 15 eyes were succeed.Thirteen eyes which the shape of PMH similar to boat, among them 11 eyes （84.61% ） whose course less than 21 days were succeed and the best corrected visual acuity of 10 eyes recovered to the level of pre-hemorrhage, the average were 0.67.Two eyes which shape of PMH alike irregular curve or ring and 2 eyes which shape of PMH similar to boat but the course over 28 days were failed.Conclusions The method that the PMH cured by krypton laser is economical, simple, safe and effective.The cure rate is great which the course less than 21 days and the shape of PMH alike boat.
