摘 要:目的通过粘结强度实验比较新型的激光优化底板金属托槽和国产燕尾金属托槽的剪切粘结强度。方法90颗因正畸需要而拔除的人类前磨牙,按照2种托槽(激光优化底板金属托槽和国产燕尾底板金属托槽)和3种储存条件(室温蒸馏水中、37℃人工唾液中、人工唾液冷热循环实验)随机均分为6组,在一定的压力下粘结托槽,并用外力使托槽与牙面分离后,测定并记录剪切粘结强度和牙釉质表面粘结剂残留指数(ARI)。结果方差分析显示2种托槽剪切粘结强度有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论激光优化底板金属托槽剪切粘结强度大于国产燕尾托槽,去除托槽后牙面粘结剂残留少。Objective To compare the shear bond strengths of two metallic orthodontic brackets after thermocycling, one with a laser-structured mesh bracket base and the other with a retention groove bracket base. Methods Ninety premolars were divided into 6 groups according to the different brackets and storing methods ( distilled water at room temperature artificial saliva at 37℃ and thermocycling). Data obtained in newtons and megapascals were analyzed with descriptive statistics and with analysis of variance and TuKey honestly significant difference (HSD) tests. The adhesive fracture site was classified with the adhesive remnant index (ARI). Results The laser-structured mesh bracket ( equilibrium 2, Dentaurum, Inspringen, Germany) showed significantly greater shear bond strength than retention groove bracket (Xinya, Hangzhou, China). Conclusion The brackets with a laser-structured base show greater shear bond strength than retention groove bracket.
