摘 要:目的:研发基于激光扫描的颅面三维形态自动测量系统,分析该测量系统的精度。方法:采用激光扫描获取颅面部软组织三维信息,研发颅面形态三维可视化自动测量软件系统。通过对30名志愿者的颅面部直接测量和激光扫描自动测量的对比研究,分析三维自动测量系统的精确度。结果:本系统能对面部软组织进行52个标志点的定位,129个项目的三维自动测量;本系统与直接测量的比较研究表明基于激光扫描的颅面三维测量精度较高,在60项线距测量中,差值小于1mm的项占50%;在17项弧长测量中,差值小于2mm的项占35.3%。结论:本颅面形态三维自动测量系统测量项目全面,测量精度较高,在颅面形态的三维研究及颅面畸形的三维诊断和治疗方面有广泛的应用前景。Objective The study aimed to develop the three-dimensional auto measuring system of craniofacial soft tissue, and to analyze the reliability of the system. Methods The measuring software of craniofacial soft tissue was developed based on the laser scanner. 30 volunteers were selected to study the reliability of the system, which were analyses by comparing with the direct measurement. Results 52 landmarks, 129 measurement items of craniofacial soft tissue can be done in this system. Compared with the direct measurement,the system has a better reliability. The different less than 1mm accounted to 50 percent in line measurement,and less than 2mm accounted to 35.3 percent. Conclusion The characters of the 3D auto measuring system included: measuring item was full,the visualization was better, measuring precision was accurate relatively. The system was a useful, precise and rapid way to research the craniofacial soft tissue morphometry, especially for the large sample craniofacial soft tissue morphometry.
