摘　　要：目的:探讨密闭式雾镜在评估腭咽闭合不全中的应用。方法:自行研制密闭式雾镜并应用于腭咽闭合不全评估,针对患者鼻漏气在雾镜上所呈现的气雾图形,判定腭咽闭合不全的程度并且根据不同气雾图形的面积大小对咽闭合不全的程度进行分级,从而选择实施咽成形手术还是语音治疗。结果:对于不同程度的腭咽闭合不全的患者实施了客观评估,这是评价腭咽闭合不全的又一客观指标,方法简便经济。结论:密闭式雾镜可以针对不同类型的腭咽闭合不全进行科学的判定。Objective： To explore the closed fog mirror in evaluation of velopharyngeal incompetence. Methods： A self-developed closed fog mirror was and used to evaluate for the velopharyngeal compentence and to determine the extent of velopharyngeal compentence according to the map on the fog mirror from nasal air emission and to grade the velopharyngeal compentenee from the shape and size of the fog on the mirror. Then choose the right treatment method： speech therapy or pharyngoplasty. Results：The closed-fog-mirror determined different types of velopharyngeal compentence. Conclusion：The closed fog mirror is simple and objective in evaluation of velopharyngeal incompetence.
