摘　　要：颌位关系的确定是全口义齿修复过程中最为关键的一环。常规应用的蜡托在颌位关系确定和转移过程中会出现一定的变形和移位,从而导致颌位关系确定失准。而热压真空成形改良型托可以避免上述情况,提高确定颌位关系的准确性和全口义齿的修复效果。The confirmation of maxillomandibular relation is the key step to manufacture complete denture.Gertain kind of transformation and shift will lead to the inaccuracy in the progress of the confirmation of maxillomandibular relation, while these problems could be avoided by applying remodified vacuumformed occlusal pad. In this way, accuracy of the confirmation of maxillomandibular relation and the clinical effect can be enhanced.
