新生儿软腭蘑菇状畸胎瘤1例报告及文献复习

摘　　要：发生于头颈部的畸胎瘤较为少见,而发生于软腭者更为少见。作者报告1例新生儿软腭畸胎瘤伴不完全性软腭裂病例,该肿物形似蘑菇,影响进食,经手术完全切除后,患儿饮食恢复正常,择期行腭裂整复术。该例畸胎瘤形状罕见,国内外尚未见报告。Teratomas of the head and neck are uncommon congenital lesions,which are rarely seen in the soft palate.We here reported a male neonate with a soft palate teratoma associated with soft palate cleft.The most common presenting symptom of oral teratoma is feeding problems.The tumor looks like a mushroom,and was successfully treated with surgery.Feeding returned to normal by removing the mass,and the patient was followed up for selective operation of cleft palate.This is an unique care because teratoma in a mushroom shape was not reported before.
