VEGF-C和LYVE-1在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)和淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体-1(LYVE-1)在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其与临床病理因素之间的关系。方法免疫组织化学SP法检测61例卵巢肿瘤患者手术标本中VEGF-C及LYVE-1的表达,分析其与临床病理因素的关系。结果①VEGF-C及LYVE-1在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达均明显高于卵巢交界性肿瘤和卵巢良性肿瘤(P<0.01);②VEGF-C及LYVE-1的表达与卵巢上皮性癌患者年龄、组织学分级、组织学类型无关(P>0.05),但与临床分期、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论VEGF-C和LYVE-1在卵巢上皮性肿瘤淋巴转移过程中发挥了重要作用。Objective To investigate expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor-C（VEGF-C）and lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor-1（LYVE-1） and their relationship to the clinico-pathological factors in epithelial ovarian tumors.Methods The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect VEGF-C and LYVE-1 expressions in 61 surgical specimens from patients with epithelial ovarian neoplasm and their relationship to clinical pathological factors was analyzed.Results ①VEGF-C and LYVE-1 expressions in epithelial ovarian carcinoma were significantly higher than those in borderline ovarian tumors and ovarian benign tumors（P〈0.01）;②VEGF-C and LYVE-1 expressions in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were obviously related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05） while notrelated to age,histological grade and histological type（P〉0.05）.Conclusion VEGF-C plays an important role in lymphatic metastasis of epithelial ovarian tumors.
