不同来源MCF-7细胞系的增殖速度及ERα表达上的差异

摘　　要：通过体外培养不同来源的乳腺癌MCF-7细胞系发现细胞的形态、增殖速度都存在很大的差异。随后进行了NOD/SCID小鼠异种移植实验并对瘤体进行免疫组织化学的检测,发现两株MCF-7细胞系均丢失人表皮生长因子受体2(human epidermal growth factor receptor2,Her2),并且其中一株细胞系的雌激素受体α(estrogen receptorα,ERα)也丢失。本研究提示MCF-7细胞系细胞增殖速度变快可能与ERα的丢失相关。There were obvious differences between two MCF-7 cell lines from different labs on the morphology and growth rate in vitro. The xenotransplantation of two MCF-7 cell lines into NOD/SCID mice were studied. The immunohistochemistry was investigated on the tumors, which showed the loss of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 （Her2） in two cell lines, and the loss of estrogen receptor α （ERα） in one cell line. The results suggested that the increase of cell proliferation rate might be correlated with the loss of ERα in MCF-7 cell line.
