高效液相色谱法测定鱼体中鱼用麻醉剂的浓度

摘　　要：利用高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）建立了测定鱼体的鱼血和鱼肝中麻醉剂间氨基苯甲酸乙酯甲烷磺酸盐（ＭＳ－２２２）的浓度方法．样品用蒸馏水匀浆，离心１５ｍｉｎ（１２０００ｒ·ｍｉｎ－１），将上清液用０．４５μｍ过滤膜过滤，用ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８分析柱，流动相为０．２ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１磷酸缓冲液（ｐＨ３．１）∶甲醇＝８５∶１５，紫外检测波长２２３ｎｍ，平均回收率８７．７８％．This paper reports a high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of finprel(MS 222) in fish blood and hepar using YWG C 18 , 10 μm column with 0.2 mol·L -1 phosphate buffer(pH 3.1)∶ methanol(85∶15) as mobile phase, and detected at 223 nm. The flow rate was 0.7 mL·min -1 . The value of the correlation coefficient was 0.997 1. The average recovery was 87.78 %.
