氧化改性聚乙烯蜡微乳液在羊毛针织物抗起毛起球整理中的应用

摘　　要：采用氧化改性聚乙烯蜡乳液与聚氨酯协同作用应用于羊毛针织物抗起毛起球整理中。氧化改性聚乙烯蜡乳液具有润滑和降低摩擦因数的作用,且成膜均匀,覆盖性好,而且高密度氧化改性聚乙烯蜡的分子量相对较大、熔化点高,还有优良的耐磨损性和耐洗涤性。经其整理后的织物不仅具有优异的抗起毛起球性能(达4～5级),且手感软滑,顶破强力有所提高。Making the best of coordination function of both oxidization modified polyethylene wax emulsion and polyurethane,it adopted and applied them into wool fabric＇s anti-pilling finishing.The oxidization modified polyethylene wax emulsion had high lubrication performance and special effect of lowering friction coefficient,uniform film-forming property,good coverage,relatively high molecular weight,high melt point,as well as excellent durable abrasion resistance property and good laundering durability.The fabric treated with above mentioned agent not only had excellent anti-pilling performance（up to 4 ～ 5 rate）,but also soft and smooth handle feel,enhanced bursting strength.
