摘　　要：通过效用函数定义了价值函数，并讨论了价值函数的一些性质．假设一个投资者支付一定利率可以在银行贷款，并可以购买价格服从对数正态扩散过程的股票，应用随机微分方程理论及其比较定理讨论了这个投资者的最优投资策略和消费策略．In this paper,we define the value function via utility function. Some properties of value function are discussed, and by Stochastic differential equation theory and its comparison theorem we study optimal investment and consumption through value function for an investor who has available a bank account paying a fixed rate of interest and a stock whose price is lognormal diffusion processes.
