摘  要:对贵州5种主要苦丁茶植物中黄酮类化合物进行了薄板层析研究,用HPLC对黄酮醇类进行了定量,与银杏叶进行了对比.分析结果表明:贵州主要要苦丁茶植物中黄酮含量丰富:一些种的黄酮甙元含量和银杏叶相当.这表明,苦丁茶是一类有开发前景的药用植物.Some leaves of live species from kuding tea in Guizhou were studied on flavonoids by thin layer chromatography, and the content of flavonols was detennmed by HPLC. The resul1ts showed that the flavonoids were plentiful in the mann kuding tea, and their flavonols were compared with which of Ginkgo biloba leaves(EGb). The contents were cqual to which of EGb in some species from kuding tea. The results showed that kuding tea is a kind of valuable medicinal plant .
