摘 要:目的综合考察山楂药材及炮制品饮片质量。方法用HPLC和滴定法分别测定15批山楂药材及炮制品饮片中金丝桃苷和有机酸含量,并考察样品中熊果酸TLC鉴别实验和水分、总灰分、醇溶性浸出物等药材常规理化实验项目。结果各样品中均可检测出金丝桃苷色谱峰,且金丝桃苷是山楂饮片中黄酮类成分的主体;山楂药材及炮制品饮片中金丝桃苷含量、有机酸含量、熊果酸TLC鉴别和各常规理化实验项目测定结果表明,不同炮制加工法对药材中上述检测值有较大影响。结论本实验为山楂药材及炮制品饮片综合质量评价体系的建立提供理论和实验依据。OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the quality of Fructus Crataegi and its processed drugs planted in China. METHODS The contents of hyperoside and organic acid in 15 samples of Fructus Crataegi and its processed drugs were analyzed by HPLC and by titration method, respectively. Ursolic acid in samples was measured by TLC. Some physical and chemical tests (H2O, total ash and EtOH extract) were done to investigate their quality. RESULTS Hyperoside was found in 15 samples and was a predominant flavone constituent in Fructus Crataegi. There were significant differences in contents of hyperoside and organic acid as well as some physical and chemical parameters among Fructus Crataegi and its processed drugs, which indicated that the quality of drugs was affected by different processing method. CONCLUSION The study provided theoretical and experimental data in order to systematically evaluate the quality of Fructus Crataegi and its processed drugs planted in China.
