摘 要:目的研究冰片对广枣中没食子酸药动学的影响。方法采用RP-HPLC测定广枣水提液和广枣-冰片配伍液灌胃后家兔血浆中没食子酸的药-时曲线,DAS2.0药动学软件拟合房室模型,计算药动学参数,比较没食子酸在家兔体内的药动学差异。结果广枣单独给药、广枣-冰片配伍后给药,没食子酸在体内代谢动力学模型均为二室开放模型。配伍后,没食子酸的达峰时间提前,V/F减少,CL/F增大。结论冰片可以促进没食子酸的转运和吸收,体现的了冰片对广枣的增效作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of borneol on the pharmacokinetics of galic acid in rats. METHODS The concentrations of galie acid in plasma were determined by HPLC after administrating the extraction of Guangzao or Guangzao combined with borneol in rats by ig injection. The data were processed by DAS2. 0 software to calculate the phannacokinetic parameters and then to find the differences between two groups. RESULTS Both groups received Guangzao and Guangzao combined with borneol. The pharmacokinetics model of galic acid followed the two-compartment model. After combining with borneol, the peaking time and V/F of gallic acid were decreased, meanwhile, the CL/F of galic acid were increased. CONCLUSION Bomeol can accelerate the transportation and absorption of gallic acid in rats. It may imply that the borneol can increase the therapeutic efficacy of Guangzao.
