摘  要:取SPF小鼠120只,分成3批,每批分为4个组。对照组小鼠灌服灭菌水;实验1组灌服自制发酵培养基;实验2组灌服鼠李糖乳杆菌LT2237℃、48h培养物;实验3组灌服灭活的鼠李糖乳杆菌LT22培养物。所有小鼠均采用口腔灌服,0.5mL/只/d,连续接种7d或13d。通过测定巨噬细胞吞噬活性、T淋巴细胞数量、血清溶血素含量及器官指数来反映鼠李糖乳杆菌LT22对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明:所有实验组均能显著增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活性,均能促进IgM的生成及脾脏和胸腺的发育;实验2组能显著增加T淋巴细胞的数量及血清溶血素的含量。120 specific pathogen free mice were classed into three batchs,each batch assigned to four groups.The control group mice were inflused by sterile water,the test groups were respectively inflused by self-made ferment culture medium,the culture of Lactobacillus rhamnosus LT22 for fermenting 48 h at 37 ℃,the killed culture of Lactobacillus rhamnosus.All mice were poured by oral cavity,0.5 mL/mouse,once daily lasting 7 d or 13 d.The effect of Lactobacillus rhamnosus LT22 on immune function in mice was studied with determining the phagocytic activity of macrophage,amount of T lymphocyte,content of serum hemolysin,and index of immune organ.The result showed that all test groups could markedly improve phagocytic activity of the macrophage in mice abdominal cavity,could accelerate producing of IgM and growth of the spleen and thymus,the test group two could markedly improve amunt of T lymphocyte and content of serum hemolysin.
