摘  要:目的:观察活性水对模拟失重大鼠内毒素引起微循环障碍模型血液流变学与微循环的影响。方法:取健康雄性SPF级Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为地面对照组、地面模型组、尾吊模型组、尾吊模型+市售某活性水组、尾吊模型+自制活性水组5组,前3组分别自由饮用纯净水,后2组分别自由饮用市售某活性水、自制活性水30d后,地面对照组腹腔注射注射用水,其余各组均由腹腔注入内毒素5mg/kg体重造成炎症刺激引起微循环障碍模型后进行实验。造模完成60min后由心脏取血,采用赛科希德SA-6000全自动血流变仪检测血液流变学指标。结果:与地面模型组相比,尾吊模型组的红细胞变形指数降低,血液黏度、红细胞聚集指数等指标均有升高的趋势,说明模拟失重状态下可出现一定程度的血液流变学障碍。与尾吊模型组相比,尾吊大鼠饮用自制活性水30d后能明显降低模拟失重微循环障碍大鼠低切全血黏度、降低红细胞聚集指数(P<0.05),并且使其达到地面正常水平(P>0.05);对红细胞变形性无明显影响,这与血液黏度的变化是一致的。此外,市售某活性水对模拟失重大鼠微循环障碍模型血液流变学与微循环的影响效果不明显。结论:自制活性水能较好地改善由内毒素引起机体血液黏度、流动性和凝滞性的变化,自制活性水具有一定的改善模拟失重大鼠微循环障碍的作用。Objective:To observe the influence of the activity water to the blood rheology of the microcirculation disorder model by endotoxin in the tail-suspended rats.Methods:The tail-suspended model was used in the experiment.Take 50 healthy male SPF rats,divide them into 5 groups of 10 rats.RandomLy appoint them as ground control group,ground model group,tail-suspended model group,tail-suspended model plus sale activity water group,tail-suspended model plus self-made activity water group.They were fed with normal diets which preceding three group drunk the purified water and the post two group drunk the corresponding activity water.After 4 weeks,ground control group injected aqua pro injectione,other groups injected endotoxin 5 mg/kg by abdominal cavity result in the microcirculation disorder model.With SA-6000 blood rheology full-automatic analysor,draw out the blood of the rats from each group to analyze the various indexes of their blood rheology after model made 60 mins.Results:Compared with the ground model,the viscidity(viscosity) of the whole blood and the aggregation index of the red blood cells(P〈0.05) had increasing tendency and the deformation index of the red blood cells(P〈0.05) had be in reverse in the tail-suspended model group.Weightlessness-simulated brought out the microcirculation disorder.To the tail-suspended rats with the microcirculation disorder model,the self-made activity water can obviously decrease the low shear viscidity of the whole blood and the aggregation index of the red blood cells(P〈0.05) achieving ground normal level,while the deformation index of the red blood cells had no obvious change coinciding with the viscidity of the blood.The effect of the self-made activity water superior to that of the sale activity water (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The self-made activity water can apparently improve the blood rheology of the microcirculation disorder model caused by endotoxin in the tail-suspended rats.
