摘 要:目的:探寻高纯度香蕉多糖的分离纯化方法。方法:取成熟香蕉,加热提取,乙醇醇沉,真空干燥得香蕉粗多糖,再将香蕉粗多糖溶解,CTAB溶液沉淀,真空干燥得香蕉精多糖。结果:提取溶剂为水;提取次数为2次;加水量为第一次加12倍,第二次加8倍;提取时间为第一次3h,第二次2h;减压浓缩至原有滤液量50%;乙醇醇沉浓度为70%;CTAB溶液终浓度为1.5%;干燥方法为减压干燥。结论:试验结果表明,高纯度的香蕉多糖的分离提取提工艺是可行的。Purpose search for high-purity banana polysaccharide purification method.Methods:From mature bananas,heat extraction,ethanol alcohol,and then vacuum drying,to obtain banana polysaccharide,these banana polysaccharide were dissolved,CTAB precipitation solution,and finally obtained by vacuum drying of banana essence polysaccharide.Results:Extraction solvent was water,extracted twice number,water for the first was 12-fold,and the second was 8-fold,extraction time for the first was three hours,and the second was two hours,decompression filtrate concentrated to the original 50%,the concentration of ethanol precipitation was 70%,final concentration CTAB solution was 1.5%,decompression drying method for drying.Conclusion:Test results show that the high purity of the polysaccharides extracted from the banana to technology is feasible
