摘　　要：我国正处于社会转型期,各种社会矛盾日益凸显,随着医患之间的矛盾的出现与激化,医疗纠纷不断增加。文章在分析协商、行政调解、诉讼三大医疗纠纷解决机制的基础上,从医疗纠纷解纷方式三原则,三级医疗纠纷解决体系,"大调解"体系三个方面出发。As in the period of social transformation,many kinds of contradictions appear in our society.With the contradiction between doctors and patients getting more severe,medical disputes keep increasing.Based on analyzing the resolution system of negotiation,administrative mediation and litigation,suggestions to develop effective resolution system were put forward,which complying with three principles and three steps of medical dispute solutions.
