摘 要:目的探索护生健康教育能力分阶段目标教育模式对护生健康教育能力形成的作用。方法制订从护生入学到毕业实习各阶段护生健康教育培养目标和培训内容、途径与方法,递进式培养护生健康教育能力。结果通过分阶段目标教育,护生实施健康教育的能力、效果逐步提高,用人单位对护生能力的反馈也明显提高(P<0.01)。结论实施阶段式健康教育目标教学切实可行且行之有效。Objective To explore the effects of the stage goals - oriented training model applied in nursing students. Methods In order to gradually train the nusing students' capacities of health education, the training goals, contents, methods, and approaches were developed according to different stages from admission to graduation internship. Results Through the new training model, the nursing students'captivities and effects of health education were improved. And the evaluation of students'abilities from hospitals were increased obviously ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The stage goals - oriented training model is feasible and effective to improve nursing students'capilities of health education.
