真核细胞起始因子4E在胃癌组织表达意义

摘　　要：目的:通过检测真核细胞起始因子4E(eIF4E)在胃癌的表达,探讨其表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化Envision法检测eIF4E的表达,分析其表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:胃癌组织eIF4E蛋白阳性表达率为85.3%(29/34),显著高于癌旁组织的58.8%(20/34)(P<0.05)。eIF4E的表达与胃癌患者的淋巴结转移状态及病理分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:eIF4E可作为胃癌进展和预后较差的指标。Objective： By detecting the expression of eIF4E in gastric cancer to dis- cuss the relationship between its expression and clinical pathology. Methods：By Envision immunohistochemical to detect the expression of eIF4E,analysis the relationship of its expression with the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer and the type of syndrome. Results： The expression rate of eIF4E in gastric cancer tissues （ 85. 3% ; 29/54） was significantly higher than adjacent tissues （58.8% ,20/34） （P 〈0.05）. The expression of eIF4E in gastric cancer tissues has positive correlation with the lymph node metastasis status and the pathological stage （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： eIF4E can be taken as an index for progressing and poor outcome in gastric cancer. Key words
