摘　　要：大肠癌的发病，从正常大肠黏膜发展到大肠腺瘤、大肠癌直至形成远处的浸润转移，是一个阶段性的演进过程，且具有较明显的癌前及早期阶段病变，这为早期诊断大肠癌提供了可能。以下笔者就大肠癌早期诊断研究进展予以综述。The development of colorectal cancer is a muhistep process from normal mucosa to colorectal adenoma, colorectal carcinoma, and finally to invasive cancer. Due to obvious precancerous lesion and early pathological changes, the colorectal cancer can be early detected. In this review, we mainly discuss the progress in early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
