结膜松弛症手术治疗的护理观察

摘　　要：目的寻求安全、有效的结膜松弛症手术的护理方法,优化治疗方案。方法对手术治疗的132例(196眼)结膜松弛症患者进行手术前后系统护理观察、症状评估、泪河观察、BUT测定、尝味试验及病人满意度测定。结果196只眼中,162眼症状改善(82.6%);松弛结膜消除者168眼(85.7%);泪河恢复正常者155眼(79.1%);BUT>10秒者143眼(72.9%);氯霉素尝味试验阳性者119眼(60.7%),术后病人满意率93.9%。结论针对结膜松弛症手术特点进行术前术后眼部护理及生活指导是术后顺利康复的重要保证。Objective To explore a safe and effective nursing care of conjunctivochalasis after surgery in an attempt to optimize treatment methods. Methods Symptoms, tear meniscus, break-up time（BUT）,chloramphenicol tasting test and patient satisfaction were evaluated in 132 patients（196 eyes）before and after surgery. Results Of 196 eyes, 162 eyes（82.6%）showed symptom improvement and conjtmctivochalasis disappeared in 168 eyes（85.7%）, 155 eyes（79.1%）showed restored normal tear meniscus,BUT was up to 10 second in 143 eyes（72.9%）, 119 eyes（60.7%） showed the positive results of chloramphenicol tasting test, and patient satisfaction ≥93.9%. Conclusion Specialized nursing care plays an important role in the rehabilitation of conjunctivochalasis.
