摘　　要：本文对《欧洲语言共同参考标准》和遵循该《标准》设计开发的欧洲语言证书（TELC）考试进行了简要介绍，并结合TELC考试的特点，对国内语言类考试的启示和借鉴进行了阐述。Through a brief introduction to the Common European Framework of References for Languages Learning, Teaching, Assessment and the language tests developed by TELC based on the standard, this paper presents some suggestions to the design and development of domestic language tests.
