摘　　要：目的：为寻找快速、简便、经济的检测异常凝血酶原（DCP）的方法，对凝血酶原-ECV一步测定法作了改进。方法：采用R值=PTA／PTB为分析指标，用正交实验对该法各因素的剂量组合以及条件进行选择。结果：血浆、蛇毒和牛纤维蛋白原的最佳剂量组合分别为100、5和200μl，后者的浓度可用20g／L；银环蛇毒、眼镜蛇毒、五步蛇毒及蝰蛇毒不能作为本法的激活剂。结论：本法操作简便快速，可在一般医院使用及对PLC高危人群筛选。Objective: To seek a fast, simple and thrifty method for detecting des-γ-boxyprothombin, and to improve the prothrombin-ECV one-stage. Method: R value is used as the analytic index (R=PT/PT); combination of factors, doses and conditions were selected by orthogonal design. Result: The best dosage combination of plasma, venom and bovine fibrinogen is 100, 0 and 200 μl respectively, and the consistency of the latter can be as mach as 20 g/L. The venom of bungarus multicintus blyth, cobra, agkistrodon acutus and viper can not be used as an activator. Conclusion: The method is fast and simple, and can be used in any ordinary hospital and to screen PLC in PLC high-danger mass.
