摘　　要：以天津师范大学图书馆为例,阐述了如何构建和利用学位论文数据库为高校师生开展服务。该数据库的核心功能是为用户提供方便的论文提交系统、严谨的论文审核系统、智能化的论文检索系统、快捷的实时咨询系统、自动的跨库信息检索系统等。此外,简称建成的学位论文数据库还拥有本科生(理科)论文撰写辅助软件和强大的后台管理与分析系统。The paper expounds how to construct dissertation database and use it to serve students and teachers in Tianjin Nor- mal University. The core fimction of database consists of convenient dissertation submission system, rigorous auditing system, intelligent retrieval system, fast real-time reference system and rapid inter database retrieval system. Besides, supplementary software for writing graduation thesis and strong systems for management and analysis are included.
