摘　　要：目的探讨眼钝挫伤后视力减退与图像视诱发电位（ＰＶＥＰ）的Ｐ１波的潜时、波幅之间的变化规律及相互间的相关性及数学关系。为伤情鉴定提供客观的诊断依据。方法对６７例挫伤性视力减退患者的１１４眼进行了ＰＶＥＰ的Ｐ１波波幅、潜时与视力下降程度之间的对比研究，并推导出Ｐ１波波幅与损害程度之间的相关公式。结果研究发现挫伤眼ＰＶＥＰ的Ｐ１波波幅下降较潜时的延长更明显，Ｐ１波幅下降程度与挫伤眼视力减退程度之间呈正相关。结论ＰＶＥＰ的Ｐ１波波幅较潜时对挫伤性损伤的敏感性和相关性强。该技术较以往的检查法在伤情鉴定中有更大的实用价值。ObjectiveTo study the variety of rules,correlation and mathematical relationships of P waves latency and amplitude of pattern visual evoked potential(P VEP)with loss of visual acuity after blunt injuries.Methods67 patients with contusive loss of visual acuity(114 eyes)were studied for the relation between extent of loss of visual acuity with P VEP latency and amplitude.The correlating formula between amplitude and loss of visual acuity was determined.ResultsThe decrease in P 1 amplitude decrease was distinct from the latency prolongation in contusive eyes.The extent of P 1 amplitude decrease was positively correlated with loss of visual acuity in contusive eyes.ConclusionP 1 amplitude is more sensitive and correlative better than latency with contusive injuries.This technique is more useful than former subjective examinations in determining the extent of injuries.
