同型半胱氨酸在缺血性脑卒中患者中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸在缺血性脑卒中患者血液中的变化,明确同型半胱氨酸在诊治缺血性脑卒中患者的应用价值。方法:将患者分为男、女两类,与健康对照组一起进行同型半胱氨酸检测。结果:缺血性脑卒中患者组与对照组相比,结果明显增高,有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:同型半胱氨酸在诊断缺血性脑卒中有较高的应用价值。Objective： To discuss the change of Homocysteine （HCY） in the cerebral ischemic stroke patients, Definite the application value of Homocysteine in the treatment of ischemic stroke patients. Methods： Patients will be divided into two categories of male and female , with healthy control group together to detect on hemorheology. Results： The results are obviously high and it is the significant in cerebral ischemic stroke patients group （ P 〈 0.01 ） Conclusion ： Homocysteinein identifying and diagnosis of ischemic stroke has higher application value.
