摘 要:目的:合成槲皮素-钼配合物,推测配合物的结构。方法:将钼酸铵与槲皮素按物质的量比4∶3配比,在温度30℃pH2.0条件下作用6 h,合成槲皮质-钼配合物。通过元素分析、热分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱法测定配合物的结构和性质。结果与结论:紫外光谱显示在桂皮酰基处的3-羟基-4-酮基发生配合;红外光谱分析发现可能有水分子参与了配合;元素分析和热分析结果显示有11个H2O参与配合;等摩尔连续变化法和摩尔比法结果一致,确定槲皮素与钼是以物质的量比2∶1配合。配合物化学式推测为C30H22O16Mo.11H2O。Aim :To synthesize the complex of quereetin and molybdenum,and to search the structure and characteriza- tion of the complex. Methods:The structure and character of the complex were determined based on methods of elemental analysis, thermal analysis, infrared spectrum and ultraviolet spectrum. Results and Conclusion :The combination of quer- cetin and molybdenum predicted through ultraviolet spectrum might march on 3- hydroxyl-4-ketoyl near cinnamyl; the dis- play of infrared spectrum hinted that H20 involved in the combination; the results of elemental analysis and thermal analysis further demonstrated the quantity of H2Os was 11 ; equimolar series method and mole ratio method had the same conse- quence that the combination of molybdenum and quercetin was 2 : 1. The chemical formula of complex of quercetin and mo- lybdenum may be C30H22O16Mo·11H2O.
