摘　　要：叶绿体遗传转化是近几年发展起来的新领域。本文主要介绍了叶绿体遗传转化的特点、基本原理和衣藻叶绿体遗传转化的方法与技术；综述了国内外在这方面的研究进展及最新成就，以及此领域的存在问题和前景展望。Chloroplast transformation is a new field having progressed in recent year.In this article,Such items of choroplast transformation are introduced as its characteristics,mechanism,and transformation methods,Then,we review its progress,future prospects and problems remaining in this field.
