安顺市2009年新甲型H1N1流感疫情分析

摘　　要：目的为了解安顺市新甲型H1N1流感的流行状况，为制定新甲型H1N1流感的预防控制措施提供有效的科学依据。方法收集2009年的流感检测报告，用Excel软件进行数据整理及统计分析。结果新甲型H1N1流感疫情暴发时间主要集中在10月。确诊病例288人中以青少年为主，男女比例各半，平均年龄14．32±6．31岁。93％的病例集中在5～19岁之间；其中10～岁年龄组病例最多，占49．65％。结论学校等公共场所是安顺市新甲型H1N1流感疫情防控的重点场所，需要进一步加强对学校等公共场所疫情的监测。Objective To understand epidemic situation of new A/H1N1 influenza in Anshun, so as to provide valid scientific basis for the development of A/H1N1 influenza prevention and control measures.Methods To collect test reports of influenza in 2009, using Excel software for data management and statistical analysis.Results New A/H1N1 influenza outbreaks were mainly occurred in October. Among 288 confirmed cases, mainly concentrated in youth-oriented, males and females were equal, the mean age of confirmed cases was 14.32±6.31 years old. 93% aged from 5 to 19 years old, in which 10-year-old age group have the most cases, accounting for 49.65%.Conclusion School should be the focus of prevention and control of the outbreaks of A/H1N1 influenza in anshun in future. It is urgent to strengthen the monitoring of epidemics of school and other public places.
