摘　　要：中国现代大学制度的选择,经历了一个曲折的过程。到底是学德还是学美,成了中国大学的一个两难选择。德国大学制度代表着现代大学制度的形成,而美国大学制度则是发展并完善了现代大学制度。中国大学制度的选择要结合自己的国情,正视本国的教育状况,从而选择出一种适合本国大学存在与发展的制度。The choice of Chinese universities＇system experienced a devious process. Whether learning German or America is in a delima. The system of German univerisities stands for the shape of modern universities＇ system, but the system of American universities develops and perfects the modern univerisities＇ system. Chinese univerisities＇system should combine the national condition, envisage the educational condition, and choose a good system for existing and developing.
